A similar distaste towards sleep was mentioned in a little bonus drabble, "Tsav's Day Off."

"It was past midnight. Dotta, assigned as my bunkmate, was probably already asleep. Poor thing.

If you ask me, time is your lifespan. And wasting away your lifespan on sleep is no sane way to act. If you could choose between sleep and living a little longer, then old folks on death's door would choose more life in a heartbeat.

So to choose to spend your time sleeping -- I have no choice but to consider that insane."
